Some thing is wrong with the link because it just keeps churning and I never receive confirmation of the email being sent. Also, why do you force us to sign in and then the following day just click the link to download it immediately? I prefer the latter option …
Love your free downloads!!!… But I’m afraid I’ve been having the same problem ever since the last notification email. I fill out the “name”/”email” form and click the button, but the download never happens, though the loading graphic is activated.
You’re probably aware of this, but just in case you aren’t – there are random times where it switches back and forth between filling out a short information form, then having to click a link in your email for the download to just clicking one link button and immediately receiving the download.
