Fairy Tale Designs with an Unexpected TwistTweet
Fairy tales are an important part of everyone’s childhood. They help develop our imagination, learn the difference between right and wrong and teach us that anything is possible if we truly believe. And before growing up and actually seeing the world through grown-up eyes, these are skills that we absolutely need. Based on this discrepancy between how we viewed things as children and how we see them now, I’ve gathered some juicy design inspiration that will put things in perspective for you.
We are going to adopt today a different approach to the infamous fairy tales we all grew up with. I’ve put together a showcase of quality design resources containing vector illustrations and digital paintings (with a touch of photo manipulation) that will blow your socks off and permanently change the way you see things.
Yes, you’ve probably guessed by now that I’m talking about all the famous characters such as Ariel and Ursula from The Little Mermaid, Esmeralda from The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, Megara from Hercules, Snow White, Cinderella, Rapunzel and many more – in real life! They have all been brought to life through these jaw-dropping designs. It’s almost as if they’re on the verge of stepping out of their digital canvas and in front of you.
I’ve always appreciated people that possess a unique view of the world and these illustrations are great proof of that. Hoping that I’ve managed to get through to you inner child with their help, I’m going to end today’s post on a funny note. These are what I call “What if…” illustrations, that would have definitely altered your development.

Could you imagine?…
