Designious.com V2 released

Finally, after almost 1 month and a half of working and planning we can say that the new and improved(we think) version of our website www.designious.com is finally here. Beside the obvious design change we have also a new cms system, we gave up the old Cubecart system which created us a few problems but he did his job all the way.

We believe the new design is more accessible and it helps the visitors to navigate easier. Even though the new website is still in Beta we think that all the major flaws were solved in the tests we made. There are a few minor tweaks to make but we will resolve them along the way.

What’s new?

Well, many things are improved.

– It is much more easy now to navigate through the categories and products due to the menu and the breadcrumbs.

– new preview system

– easier to add products to the shopping cart (ajax based, no need to refresh the page)

– now even to order is easier, no session problems or anything like that as we had on the old system

– lightbox to add your favorite vectors (you need to have an account)

– new ratings system

– related items

– new reviews system (you need to have an account)

– add this widget to share and bookmark easily your favorites

– keywords for each product to search related items

– easy news and updates publishing with its own section

– improved search capabilities and advanced seached

New feature: Subscription

One of the most important new features that we are excited about it is the subscription mode. Now you can have access to all our content and download anything you want for only one fee.

The advantage of getting a subscription is that you get all our current vector library plus the upcoming vector packs, t-shirt designs and illustrations in the period you are subscribed with us. This feature was added because many have asked as how they can get all the library and it was difficult for them to know how to get it all without duplicates, now is very simple and there is no need to worry about that.

Soon to come

In  the following days we will update our illustrations library with thousands of vector illustrations that you can buy one by one not in bulk like we use to do it with the vector illustrations sets. The Illustrations sets are not longer available.
