hi how do I edit this image on PS? is it possible to convert it to a psd file? What kind of file is this? lol thanks for the help.

It's an Adobe Illustrator file. You can open the file in Photoshop, but then it will be a plain file without any layers since Photoshop work with pixels and Illustrator with vectors.
