I downloaded this vector floral swirl, but how do I open it in Illustrator as a vector file? I can open the jpeg, but that won’t work for scaling the swirl. It’s probably an easy fix, but I can’t figure it out. Thanks!

Open the .eps file in Illustrator. The .jpg file is only a preview, in care you extract them in a gallery and don’t want to open each vector to find the right vector for an illustration.
