I love this flourish design. I tried to download it and I get a file that is terrible quality. Am I doing something wrong? Of course I would LOVE to learn how to make all those effects in Illustrator. Is there a free tutorial somewhere? Thank you.

  In the .zip you receive in your e-mail there are two files: one .eps and one .jpg. The vector file is the .eps one.
  
  Try opening it with adobe illustrator, photoshop or coreldraw.
